So Apple has recently released a new MacBook and the 11in Macbook Air is cheaper then the new MacBook that Apple has just released. So which one is the best 11in Macbook Air or 12in Macbook? Well, let’s get started.

For these tests I will only be compare the base lune models with no upgrades. So let’s start with their design. To start off the Macbook air weighs only 2.38 pounds and the MacBook weighs 2.03 pounds. The MacBook wins that round by a bit. Now let’s go on to Battery. For battery we will be see how long the the battery last on wireless web. Let’s start with the Macbook Air, the Macbook Air last up to 9 hours wireless web and the Macbook lasts up to 9 hours wireless web. So for that round it was a tied game for battery, both MacBooks won that round.  Now let’s go to storage. Both of these machines are small and thin but how much storage can that hold? Let’s start with the Macbook Air. The Macbook Air has a Storage capacity of 128GB PCIe-based flash storage. The MacBook has a storage storage capacity of 256GB PCIe-based onboard flash storage. For that round the MacBook won for having 256GB PCIe-based onboard flash storage instead of 128GB PCIe-based flash storage. So it’s 2-0 right now. Now let’s go to RAM. The MacBook AIr has 4GB of 1600MHz LPDDR3 onboard memory and the MacBook has 8GB of 1600MHz LPDDR3 onboard memory. So once again the MacBook has won once again, 3-0. Now let’s go to processors. The MacBook Air has 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 (Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz) with 3MB shared L3 cache and the MacBook has 1.1GHz dual-core Intel Core M processor (Turbo Boost up to 2.4GHz) with 4MB shared L3 cache. So for this round it was actually very close. But once again the MacBook wins once again, again, and again. Now for the graphics. Let’s start with the Macbook Air. the MacBook Air has an Intel HD Graphics 6000, and the MacBook has an Intel HD Graphics 5300. For the graphics round the MacBook Air actually won that round, but not by a lot. For the second to the last round, for this round we will start with the MacBook Air with the supported resolutions, the supported resolutions for the MacBook Air is 1366 by 768 (native), 1344 by 756, and 1280 by 720 pixels at 16:9 aspect ratio; 1152 by 720 and 1024 by 640 pixels at 16:10 aspect ratio; 1024 by 768 and 800 by 600 pixels at 4:3 aspect ratio. Now for the supported resolutions for the MacBook, the MacBook’s supported resolutions is 2304-by-1440 resolution at 226 pixels per inch with support for millions of colors,16:10 aspect ratio. For the display round the MacBook won by a bit. The new MacBook has a wonderful display. The score is 4-1. Now for the last round will be connections. Connections on the MacBook Air are two USB 3 ports (up to 5 Gbps),thunderbolt 2 port (up to 20 Gbps),magSafe 2 power port. Now the MacBook has USB-C and headphone jack and  thats it. USB-C is  used for changing, usb, display out. For this last round you need to decide if you think the MacBook air won that round or if the new MacBook won that round.
